Blair Koch - Chief Digital Officer - Acertus

Blair was named Chief Digital Officer in November 2020. Blair is a strategic technology executive with a commitment to driving digital transformation and automotive-logistics innovation at ACERTUS. Prior to joining the ACERTUS team, he served in multiple leadership roles at companies like Datalex, Inc., JetBlue Airways, United Airlines, BNSF Railway and The Feld Group. Blair has a track record of successfully leading teams and building technology solutions to increase speed to market, profitability and innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University.

Rich Pinnock - EVP Strategic Partnerships - Acertus

As Executive Vice President, Rich focuses on the strategic partnerships with some of ACERTUS' most valued customers. Rich has more than 20 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics space. Prior to that, Rich worked at a leading fleet management company where he focused on strategic planning and new venture development. He previously worked in the financial sector as a financial consultant. Rich is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and earned his MBA in International Business and MS in Electronic Commerce from the University of Maryland.

Rumana Yasmin - VP Treasury & Risk - Acertus

Rumana is currently the VP, Risk and Treasurer for ACERTUS and has more 20 years of Risk and Cash Management experience leading domestic and international treasury and risk operations. She has a successful track record of managing liquidity and mitigating risks for diverse industries including Financial, Logistics, Retail, Entertainment and Insurance. Prior to ACERTUS, she has worked for eight years as a Sr. Director Risk for Caterpillar Logistics/Neovia managing over 100 Facilities in 20 Countries. She has also worked for Marsh and Countrywide in the Insurance industry.
