Vice President of The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International
Robb Greenspan is a Senior Partner and Executive Vice President of The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International, a public adjusting firm representing the policyholder only which was founded in 1946 by Sidney Greenspan. Robb began his insurance career with the family firm in 1974. Today, that family firm has expanded to over 7 offices in 3 states.

He formerly served as a California Senate Advisory Commissioner on Real Property Insurance and is the founder of the California Association of Public Adjusters. He holds a Senior Professional Public Adjusters designation issued by the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). Robb Greenspan is also an author of many articles on insurance, and lectures to insurance professionals regularly throughout Southern California.

Matthew Blumkin, Esq.

Partner of The Greenspan Co./Adjusters InternationalMatthew Blumkin has been protecting the rights of the insured as a Partner of The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International for the past six years. Graduating with honors from the Southwestern University School of Law, Matthew began his career as an attorney, handling complex litigation, legal malpractice, and insurance claims.

In 2007, he went on to become an Executive Public Insurance Adjuster with THE GREENSPAN COMPANY, licensed in California, Nevada, Texas, and Utah. Matthew Blumkin is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), as well as the National and California Associations of Public Adjusters. In addition, Matthew also leads continuing education courses to convey important information on insurance adjusting to working professionals.

Hot Topics in Liability Insurance: State of California Law and Recent Developments in Six Easy Pieces

Doug Rawles is a partner in the Insurance Recovery Group, and has been representing policyholders in coverage disputes since 1995. He has litigated claims under commercial or comprehensive general liability, directors & officers, fiduciary, crime, employment practices, title insurance and intellectual property policies. His clients include companies in many different business sectors, such as national retail, telecommunications, internet, engineering and construction, medical products and devices, and mortgage banking.

Doug's practice also includes non-coverage related commercial litigation. He represents national and regional retailers in consumer class actions brought in federal and California state courts; including California unfair competition and consumer legal remedy act claims, California sales tax claims, and consumer privacy litigation.

Business Interruption Panel; The How and Why of Loss of Income Coverage

Scott Ritto, Risk Manager
Scott Ritto has 22 years of experience in the Insurance and Risk Management Industry. He began working in the Emergency Medical/Ambulance industry as a Loss Control Manager in 1991. He has held risk management positions in a number of industries, including transportation, multi-disciplinary engineering, stevedoring, theaters and property development and management.

In November 2012, he joined American Realty Advisors as their Director of Risk Management. Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and History from the University of California, San Diego in 1991. He has also obtained his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the IIA. Scott has served on the Risk and Insurance Management Society Los Angeles Chapter Board of Directors since 1999. He also serves on the Advisory Board for both Southern California Professionals in Workers' Compensation (SCPIWC) and California Workers' Compensation and Risk Conference.


Roy Juede
Forensic Accountant

Roy Juede is a forensic accountant with 32 years of experience. Roy is currently a self-employed practitioner preparing and reviewing insurance claim submissions. Roy has computed, documented, reviewed and or assisted in settling thousands of insurance claims.

Well versed in computing loss of income, loss of production, extra expense, fraud, inventory shortage and delay in numerous industries, including: retail, gaming casinos, hospitals, construction, manufacturing, restaurants, hotels, concert promotions, motion pictures, professional services, personal injury and non-profits. Roy also has extensive national account experience (gaming, hospital, food service and non-profit) and is a frequent
speaker at the PLRB large loss and national conventions.


Alan Lurie
Partner with RGL Forensics and leads - Los Angeles office

Alan Lurie is a partner with RGL Forensics and leads the firm's Los Angeles office. RGL Forensics is a multidisciplinary forensic accounting firm delivering accurate and defensible financial analyses to the legal, corporate, insurance and public sectors. Operating worldwide from 23 offices on five continents, we serve multinational corporations, global insurance companies, leading law firms and government. RGL specializes in the quantification of economic damages and financial analysis in disputes of all kinds.

Specializing in the quantification of economic damages and loss of profits, Alan brings more than 25 years of experience in the assessment of damages for insurance claims, litigation support and investigative accounting to his insurance and risk management clients. His areas of focus include: Property losses, including business Interruption and subrogation; Liability claims, including product liability and recall, as well as personal injury/fatal accident; Financial lines, including crime and fidelity and directors and officers policy. Alan is a certified public accountant (CPA), certified in the field of financial forensics, and a certified fraud examiner. A frequent author and lecturer, most recently, Alan cowrote an article on crafting an expert witness game plan for California Lawyer magazine.
