Anthony Moraes - Managing Director, Marsh

Anthony Moraes is the Property leader for Marsh's West Zone. His primary responsibilities include the coordination of colleague efforts in the delivery of risk transfer, mitigation and retention solutions for Marsh's current and prospective large and/or complex property clients. In addition to his West Zone duties, Anthony also serves as a Client Executive for a few of Marsh's multi-line client engagements.

Anthony has 20 years of experience in the industry handling all aspects of property programs including the strategy, marketing, and placement and servicing phases. Anthony has been instrumental in developing proprietary risk transfer facilities addressing specific industry needs in Bermuda and London. Anthony has also arranged global fronting programs both on a transfer and retention basis as well as the arrangement of non-insurance capital to address client needs. Before joining Marsh, he was with a national broker focused primarily on large global property solutions for those within the technology, financial, restaurant, and real estate and retail industries. He has been a frequent speaker at both local and national RIMS as well as at several risk organizations such as the National Restaurant Association, the Technology Industry Risk Forum (TIRF) and San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC).

Nick Stepina - Operations Senior Vice President, FM Global

Nick is Operations Sr Vice President, Operations Manager at FM Global, one of the world's largest commercial and industrial property insurers. Based in Woodland Hills, California, U.S.A, he has oversight and provides overall leadership to the Operations staff to ensure efficient delivery of insurance products and loss prevention engineering services; to meet the risk management and risk transfer needs of our clients, prospective new clients, and brokers.

He previously was Vice President, Client Service Manager, based in the company's Dallas Operations, Frisco, Texas, U.S.A. office. There, he oversaw and provided managerial leadership to the Operation's underwriting and Client Service staff.

Stepina joined the company in 2001 as an Underwriter in the company's Chicago Operations, Park Ridge, Illinois, U.S.A office. Since then, he has held several positions within the organization. This includes positions as an Account Manager, Chicago Operations; Business Development Executive, Chicago and St. Louis Operations; Assistant Vice President, Assistant Client Service Manager, Cleveland Operations; Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, and St. Louis Operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois, U.S.A.
Stepina is a member of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, Risk Management Advisory Council and is an enrolled member of the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians.

Timothy Kolgen - Business Development Manager, CBIZ

Timothy is a Business Development Manager for the Tangible Asset Practice of CBIZ Valuation Group. He has over 18 years' experience in the valuation industry both as a field appraiser and in business development. He is fully versed in the valuation of machinery and equipment, infrastructure, buildings and land improvements. Timothy has previously served large risk pools and JPA's, state properties, water and wastewater utilities, municipalities, park districts, colleges and universities as well as manufacturing, hospitality and gaming clients. He also assists clients on fixed asset inventories for audit compliance as set forth by Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement 34.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and has his Property and Casualty insurance license in the State of California - 0L88687.
