Company Overview: We are a rapidly growing company with ambitious plans to expand our sales team. We are looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Sales Agents. Job Summary: As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to business leads, offering quotes, and collecting necessary information to start the quoting process. This role involves a high volume of phone calls and emails, especially in the initial stages of building your book of business. Once established, you will receive support from a Business Development Representative (BDR) team to handle outreach and cold calling.

Pay Rate Max
25.00
Commission applicable after contract to hire period (40% new business, 30% renewal)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential clients to offer quotes and gather information.
About 100 calls a day in the beginning.
Build and maintain a book of business through consistent outreach and relationship management.
Collaborate with senior agents for mentorship and coaching.
Participate in a two-step interview process, with final interviews conducted in-person.

Job Requirements:

Any sales experience is preferred.
Personable and well-spoken, with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have California property and casualty (PC) license.
